FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in removal of upper soil layer together with soil crust formed as a result of soil treatment with ameliorants, crushing of removed layer in screen with destruction of soil crust and fractionation of obtained soil aggregates by size at least into two groups. Then, layer-by-layer application of the processed soil layer is carried out in order of decreasing the size of the fraction. Device for soil treatment by the above method consists in mounting to a wheeled vehicle of a volumetric frame, in the upper part of which there is a soil receiver providing primary crushing of soil supplied to it, and a reduction gear connected to a wheeled vehicle and providing rotation of all mechanisms of the device. In the lower part there is a roller providing cutting of the upper soil layer, a conveyor providing grip of the upper soil layer and its delivery to the soil receiver, under which there is a screen providing fractionation of the soil crushed in the soil receiver.
EFFECT: formation of a multilayer water-resistant soil structure with a decreasing size of soil aggregates from the lower layer to the upper one, which contributes to the improvement of water and air conditions for growing agricultural plants and, as a result, is expressed in the subsequent increase in yield.
