FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a composition based on Bacillus subtilis VKM B-3728D and Ca(H2PO4)2⋅H2O, involving cultivation of a daily cell culture of the Bacillus subtilis VKM B-3728D strain in a nutrient medium of the following composition: peptone – 30 g and water – 1000 ml, at 30 °C, pH 7, and mixing 150 rpm to concentration of not less than 1⋅109 CFU/ml, then sterile powder is added Ca(H2PO4)2⋅H2O at rate of 40 g per 1 l of liquid culture with concentration of Bacillus subtilis VKM B-3728D not less than 1⋅109 CFU/g, while continuing stirring for 10 minutes at 30 °C, then obtained mixture of Bacillus subtilis VKM B-3728D and Ca(H2PO4)2⋅H2O frozen at minus 40 °C for 12 hours, then freeze-drying in vacuum for 17 hours to powdery state, wherein Ca(H2PO4)2⋅H2O is sterilized by autoclaving at 115 °C for 30 minutes.

EFFECT: invention widens the range of agents for increasing seed germination in plant growing.
