SUBSTANCE: claimed are preparation for biodegradation of petroleum products and method of obtaining thereof. Preparation includes association of bacteria Bacillus megaterium VKM B-396, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-5328, Pseudomonas putida VKM B-1301, Pseudomonas putida VKPM B-5624, Rhodococcus erythropolis VKPM AC-1269, immobilised on glauconite-containing carrier in quantity 10⁸-10¹⁰ cells/g. Method for obtaining preparation includes separate cultivation of said strains until content is 10¹¹-10¹² mcl/ml. Microbial association is prepared by mixing culture liquids of strains in one reservoir with ratio Bacillus megaterium VKM B-396 - 15%, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-5328 - 15%, Pseudomonas putida VKM B-1301 - 20%, Pseudomonas putida VKPM B-5624 - 20%, Rhodococcus erythropolis VKPM AC-1269 - 30% until bacteria content 10¹² mcl/ml. Spraying of association in form of aerosol on glauconite-containing sorbent is realised. Content of glauconite in sorbent constitutes not less than 60%. Further dehydration of mixture is carried out by supply of air heated to 40°C at rate 3-5 m/s until 5% humidity in final biopreparation and content of cells 10⁹ mcl/ml of preparation are achieved.

EFFECT: invention provides high degree of purification from petroleum products and reduction of cultivation time in preparation obtaining the process.
