FIELD: railways.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to automatic coupling devices of railway transport, and is intended for use in automatic docking of cars at considerable deviations of coupling axes in horizontal and vertical planes. Automatic clearance-free coupling device of rolling stock of railway transport contains two coupling heads, each of which consists of a housing with a shank, into which a spherical bearing is pressed. Receiving hole of the housing has a rectangular shape with lead-in chamfers, the housing is equipped with side inspection holes, and inside it on a hinge there is a guide element in the form of a lever with a side ebb, which provides for mutual separation of levers in the process of engagement. Free end of the lever is provided with a protruding tooth forming a hook grip; at that, its end part has a pyramidal shape. In the central part of the housing and its receiving hole there are limiters of the lever position in the disengaged state. On the side faces of the body there are drips with holes, in which there is a locking mechanism for locking the levers in the traction position.
EFFECT: higher reliability of coupling, possibility of visual control of state of coupling of cars by service personnel.
