FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to areas where it is necessary to roll-fill soft materials into mounting profiles. Technical result is achieved by using a device for mounting a tension web consisting of a handle and a blade, and the handle is equipped with at least one ratchet mechanism, and the blade is a disk fixed through a hexagon in the centre of the axis of the disk and the ratchet mechanism.
EFFECT: wider range of means for mounting stretch ceilings due to a new tool; ease of installation of stretch ceilings; improved ergonomics when using the tool; reduced physical load of a specialist when working with a tool, increased efficiency during installation, as well as reduced installation time.
