FIELD: electric elements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making, namely to methods of making composite electroacoustic transducers (EAT) containing piezoceramic active elements. Method of manufacturing a composite electroacoustic transducer, containing piezoceramic elements connected by gluing as active elements, includes applying on end surfaces of piezoceramic elements epoxy glue “ДМ-5-65”, which is cured during polymerisation, assembly of piezoelectric unit by serial connection of piezoceramic elements to each other by their end surfaces, at the same time during manufacture of electroacoustic transducer glue is exposed to microwave electromagnetic field. At the same time, epoxy adhesive of “ДМ-5-65” grade is applied on the glued surfaces, which is preliminarily cured in the microwave electromagnetic field until the adhesive temperature reaches 110-120 °C, and the assembled piezoelectric unit is held for a day at room temperature, and then for a day at temperature of 65 °C.

EFFECT: simplification of the method of manufacturing composite EAT at provision of its high operational characteristics.
