FIELD: electroacoustic transducers.
SUBSTANCE: manufacturing of composite electroacoustic transducers containing piezoceramic active elements. Composite electroacoustic transducer contains a block of active piezoceramic elements made of piezoceramic material TsTStBS-2, interconnected by their end surfaces using a layer of cured epoxy adhesive containing epoxy resin ED-20 as a binder in the amount of 100 mass fractions, maleic anhydride as a hardener in the amount of 50 mas fractions and triethanolamine as a curing catalyst in the amount of 0.6 mass fractions, as well as inorganic particulate filler, including aluminum oxide in the amount of 50 mass fractions, zinc oxide in the amount of 10 mass fractions and piezoceramic material TsTStBS-2. The amount of piezoceramic material TsTStBS-2 used in the composition of the inorganic particulate filler is 80 mass fractions.
EFFECT: increase in the value of the quality factor of the electroacoustic transducer, resulting in its higher efficiency.
