FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of oral hygiene products and teeth cleaning and concerns an additive for products of the perfume and cosmetic industry, namely toothpastes, for increasing the effectiveness of such products. Disclosed is an osteogenic triple nanocomposite consisting of nanoparticles of carbonates, silicates and phosphates of calcium, zinc and magnesium, obtained by chemical deposition in an aqueous medium using metal-containing precursors, which are calcium acetate, zinc acetate and magnesium acetate, and precipitants, which are potassium orthophosphate, sodium metasilicate and ammonium carbonate. Also disclosed is a method of producing said nanocomposite, which consists in creating a common solution of metal-containing precursors, represented by 0.5 M aqueous solutions of calcium acetate, zinc acetate and magnesium acetate, by mixing 30 ml of 0.5 M calcium acetate solution, 17 ml of 0.5 M zinc acetate solution and 8 ml of 0.5 M magnesium acetate solution; creating a common solution of precipitants represented by 0.5 M aqueous solutions of potassium orthophosphate, sodium metasilicate, ammonium carbonate, by mixing 20 ml of 0.5 M potassium orthophosphate solution, 17 ml of 0.5 M sodium metasilicate solution and 8 ml of 0.5 M solution ammonium carbonate; pouring, at room temperature, a common solution of metal-containing precursors into a common solution of precipitators and continuously stirring for 30 minutes without changing the temperature and pressure of the environment; then – washing the obtained gel using distilled water by vacuum filtration using a Buchner funnel and a Bunsen flask; and then drying the obtained mass at temperature of 80 °C.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides obtaining an osteogenic triple nanocomposite consisting of nanosized forms of mineral components which are necessary for bone tissues in the oral cavity and provide an antibacterial effect and hygienic properties of the toothpaste.
