FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly to laboratory equipment. Device comprises a cylindrical chamber with two unions connected by tubes to an air pump and an air sampling device, and a base in the upper part of which there is a cavity with a possible installation in the last U-shaped cylindrical chamber by means of a manipulator. Containers with tested material, heating circuits and soil and air sensors are placed in sections of a cabinet having a partition with a door and doors in its end walls with their sealing. Control of temperature, humidity and pressure of air inside the sections is carried out using an air conditioner, a humidifier, a compressor and a vacuum pump, which enables to simulate climatic conditions in a wide range.

EFFECT: possibility of measuring emission of greenhouse gases in simulated conditions of microclimate parameters, including simulation of location of the analysed material above sea level.
