SUBSTANCE: method for transmitting information uses code structures built on the principle of Reed-Solomon codes, in the first unit, code combinations of the Reed-Solomon code are formed, data frames are transmitted to the input of the encoder, at the output for each data frame a homogeneous linear recurrent sequence is formed, the field characteristic k is selected. Then, the process of processing the Reed-Solomon code at reception is simplified, the number of information elements is equated to the index k, the code is constructed according to the principle of a recurrent sequence of maximum length, the recurrent sequences are converted into IP packets, the recurrent sequences are packed into cells of IP packets, IP packets are transmitted to the third unit, which transmits the formed IP packets to the fourth and fifth units containing accumulators. When a complete set is received, the transmission session is terminated.

EFFECT: online recovery of information elements during reception, acceleration of online processing of byte structures, simplification of the process of processing Reed-Solomon code combinations on reception, maximization of efficient use of code distance within the used Reed-Solomon code.
