SUBSTANCE: it is provided that in the decorrelator memory, consisting of two identical memory units, each with the volume of N memory cells, the content of the incoming packet and the value of the time interval before the arrival of the next packet are sequentially recorded, after filling all cells of the first memory unit, reading the contents of the packets is carried out sequentially from the first cell in accordance with the order of their arrival through time intervals, which are selected from uncorrelated values stored in the cells of this memory unit, simultaneously with the beginning of reading information from the first memory unit, recording information into the second memory unit, after the end of reading information from the first memory unit, the process of reading information from the second memory unit begins in the same way as in the first memory unit, wherein said first memory unit changes over to write mode after which read-write mode of both memory units changes recurrently.

EFFECT: minimum computational costs for implementation of decorrelation of time intervals between packets at the output of a message source.
