FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air traffic management. At the stages of the method: parameters of areas of responsibility through which the planned flight paths pass; each area of responsibility is assigned a unique identifier; from external sources receiving meteorological, radar, reference information, as well as data on restrictions on use of airspace; from aeronautical and reference information, selecting data relating to given areas of responsibility, transmitting them to consumers, displaying and storing; from data relating to specified areas of responsibility, data relating to internal areas of responsibility are selected, converted into AIXM format, transmitted to consumers, stored and displayed. Additionally, a civil aviation flight planning system is proposed.
EFFECT: improving flight safety, information awareness, reducing time spent on making decisions.
