SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to modified silicon dioxide, a method for production thereof and use thereof. Modified silicon dioxide has the following physical and chemical parameters: CTAB_mod-surface: less than 200 m²/g, BET MR-surface: 50 m²/g to 500 m²/g, CTAB_mod-surface - BET MR-surface: less than 0 m²/g, C content: more than 0.5 wt.%, mode_mod according to particle size determination in CPS centrifuge: more than 50 nm, D_75,mod according to particle size determination in CPS centrifuge: from 20 nm to 150 nm, R_min according to pore size determination by mercury porosimetry, in a compacted state: less than 10.0 nm, sulphur content: not more than 1.50 wt.%.

EFFECT: disclosed is silicon dioxide, having improved processability of mixtures containing it with improved dynamic properties, as well as improved quality of dispersion of ingredients.
