FIELD: metal forming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metal forming and can be used to restore the geometry of the aerofoil profile of large-sized blades after their operation. Device for installation of blade in base rod for its subsequent straightening in die comprises base, fastening elements and pins, and is also equipped with a plate and a post mounted on the base by means of fastening elements, which is made in the form of horizontally arranged upper and lower supports connected to each other by an inclined stiffener, wherein on the upper support a prism is installed with possibility of contacting with the basing rod at the location of its boss, and on the prism there is a basing pin made with possibility of contact with the mating basing hole at the end of the basing rod. At that, on the outer surface of the plate a recess is made, symmetrical relative to its central axis located in the plane of the outer surface of the plate at the same distance from the corresponding sides of the plate, and having a central section with a semi-cylindrical shape, which is connected by a straight section with a divergent lead-in section, wherein the straight section is made with a width of not less than double the maximum distance from the longitudinal axis of the large blade to the location of the section of its feather profile with a maximum thickness, taking into account allowances, and said central section is made with possibility of accommodating corresponding part of base rod, wherein on plate outer surface are mounted symmetrically relative to recess central axis, at least two clamping elements with possibility of contact of each of them with said blade root, and thrust elements with a conical surface are also installed with possibility of resting against the opposite side of the blade root relative to the clamping elements.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows improving accuracy of geometrical sizes of a blade at restoration of its profile.
