FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive manufacturing and can be used in selective laser melting plants when making articles using metal powders. Selective laser melting carriage is characterized by that it includes a housing with a through cavity in the middle part, in which the insert is installed, which is equipped with a squeegee blade fixed in its lower part, as well as along the edges of rectangular projections, on which there are means for fastening the insert to the body and adjusting its position along the vertical. Carriage body is equipped with supports for rectangular projections of the insert at the edges of the cavity, two slots on both sides of the cavity with a cross-section in the form of a cone converging at angle of 20° and passing into a slit with width of 3 mm, as well as the body from below is connected along the edges with the corners, which support the gate made in the form of a plate, wherein said gate is provided with ledges to interact with its horizontal displacement means and slit-like slot to displace under one of the casing slots.
EFFECT: expansion of the technological capabilities of the carriage, as well as the selective laser melting device, by providing the carriage with the application and alignment of powder during its reciprocating movement.
