SUBSTANCE: presented is a sweetening agent in the form of a powder based on a mixture of intense sweeteners and a polyol. Sweetening agent is dosed and one dose contains a mixture of sodium saccharinate with sodium cyclamate, as well as a polyol as a mixture of intense sweeteners.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of a sweetener having improved consumer properties, stable during storage and suitable for packing in packs of 0.2–2.5 g in bags from laminated paper using industrial packing equipment.
