FIELD: obtaining oil from wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry. In the method of developing a deposit of ultraviscous oil by steam cyclic action, which includes drilling or using drilled vertical or directional wells, thin horizontal perforated channels with diameter of 50 to 70 mm are drilled from the above wells. During development of reservoirs of large thickness, thin perforated channels are arranged one in upper quarter of productive formation, and other in lower quarter of productive formation one above other, at least four channels are drilled to form zone of overlapping by steam cyclic action in formation of large thickness. During the development of a highly segmented deposit, two thin perforation channels are drilled in the upper productive interlayer and two thin perforated channels in the lower productive interlayer, at that, in case of large thickness of the developed deposit, two additional channels are drilled in the central productive interlayer, forming the overlapping zone by the steam cyclic action on the highly disintegrated deposit. Arrangement of downhole equipment is performed as follows: high pressure and temperature packer with a plug or a high pressure and temperature blind packer-plug is installed under the productive formation, the high pressure and temperature packer is lowered on the column of vacuum-shielded tubing together with a temperature compensator to compensate for elongation of tubing string and to prevent deformation of bottom-hole filter, slotted sand filter with gravel packing or with straight winding is mounted in the under-packer zone of the above packer. Further, cyclic action is performed: first, a composition for chemical conversion of heavy oil containing a Ni and Mo catalyst precursor on a bentonite support in nefras is pumped, then for not more than 14 days performing steam injection, after which well is closed for an impregnation period of not less than 5 days. Then it is changed over to production, cycles are implemented till full development of the deposit. Steam is pumped into well at temperature, which provides temperature in productive interval in range from 200 to 320 °C.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of well production of ultraviscous oil, possibility of more complete recovery of oil reserves in the deposit.
