SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular to valve devices used for process operations carried out on wells, and can be used to arrange annular space and inner cavity of tubing in well layouts using packer systems during chemical treatment of bottomhole formation zone, as well as in order to inspect tightness of used tubing lifts. Shear pressure valve comprises a body, a working chamber, flushing holes, a valve seat, a shutoff element made in form of a ball, glands, and pins retaining the valve seat. Valve seat is equipped with internal through channel, providing passage of geophysical instruments, and external through channels, which after creation of excess pressure, cutting of pins and movement of valve seat into working chamber together with working chamber and open flushing holes provide fluid circulation between under-packer and above-packer spaces of valve.
EFFECT: wider range of valve devices, allowing for leveling of under-packer and above-packer pressure after carrying out in process operations wells, as well as reduced volume of used killing fluids and reduced duration of performance of technological operations for checking tightness of used tubing lifts prior to treatment of bottomhole zone of well.
