FIELD: data transmission.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data transmission in relay communication networks formed based on radio relay stations with adaptive modulation. Determining the maximum speed and the delay time of transmitting data units in each radio relay line (RRL) on a time interval t. Data units received by each node radio relay station (NRRS) are recorded into a storage device. Remaining time for transmitting data units towards a recipient is estimated at each NRRS. Data units are distributed with the required constant speed (RCS) and the permissible variable speed (PVS) on each NRRS between the RRL in the direction of the recipient. Data blocks with RCS and PVS are removed on each NRRS in radio relay communication network, if their τo>τperm.
EFFECT: high probability of timely data transmission in network due to distribution of data blocks with RCS and PVS on each NRRS between RRL in direction of recipient depending on the data transmission delay time in each RRL on the time interval t and the remaining transmission time τo for various data from RCS and PVS on RRL network bandwidth.
