FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement of linear acceleration. Essence of the invention is that in the fibre-optic linear acceleration converter, single-mode coupled optical waveguides are used as a sensitive element, located on a beam fixed by one of the ends on the base, sensing beam and sensing element are made from the same material with the same coefficient of thermal expansion; sensing element is fixed on sensing beam.

EFFECT: simpler design, higher manufacturability, possibility of measuring linear acceleration in difficult operating conditions.
