SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a cultural inactivated emulsion vaccine against foot-and-mouth disease, containing an active substance and an adjuvant; wherein as active substance it contains avirulent and purified antigen material from homologous to infectious agent strain "SAT-3/Uganda/V" of genotype SAT-3/V, deposited in the Russian national collection of exotic types of viruses of foot-and-mouth disease and other animal pathogens (SCSM) FGBI "ARRIAH", under registration number: No. 503 – dep/23-53 – GKShM FGBU "VNIIZZh", reproduced in a continuous suspension cell line BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH, in an amount of not less than 9.0 mcg/cm3; adjuvant is an oil adjuvant DMIXVAC 406 V with content of 50% by weight in 1.0 cm3 of the ready preparation and a supporting medium of up to 1.0 cm3.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of anti-foot-and-mouth disease inactivated cultural emulsion vaccines for the protection of animals against foot-and-mouth disease virus isolates and strains of serotype SAT-3, particularly genotype SAT-3/V.
