SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a cultural inactivated emulsion vaccine containing an active substance in the form of an avirulent and purified antigen material from a homologous agent of the strain "SAT-2/North Africa/2012" of the genotype SAT-2/VII/Ghb-12 of the foot-and-mouth disease virus, deposited in the All-Russian state collection of exotic types of viruses of foot-and-mouth disease and other animal pathogens (SCSM) FGBI "ARRIAH" under registration number: No. 499 – dep/23-49 – GKShM FGBU "VNIIZZh", reproduced in a transplantable suspension cell line of a newborn Syrian hamster BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH in an amount of not less than 6.0 mcg; as an adjuvant containing an oil adjuvant DMIXVAC 78 V with content of 70 % by weight in 1.0 cm3 of the ready preparation and a supporting medium – up to 1.0 cm3.
EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of cultural inactivated emulsion vaccines for protecting animals against foot-and-mouth disease virus isolates and strains of serotype SAT-2, particularly genotype SAT-2/VII/Ghb-12.
