SUBSTANCE: proposed is a cultural inactivated emulsion vaccine containing an active substance – a mixture of two strains of foot-and-mouth disease virus: an avirulent and purified antigen material from a homologous to the infectious agent strain "SAT-2 Lib 39/2012" of genotype SAT-2/VII/Lib-12, deposited in the Russian national collection of exotic types of viruses of foot-and-mouth disease and other animal pathogens (SCSM) FGBI "ARRIAH", under registration number: No. 361 – dep/21-22 – GKShM FGBU "VNIIZZh", reproduced in a continuous suspension cell line BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH, in an amount of not less than 15.0 mcg; and an avirulent and purified antigen material from a homologous to the infectious agent strain "SAT-2/XIV/2023" of the SAT-2/XIV genotype, deposited in the Russian national collection of exotic types of viruses of foot-and-mouth disease and other animal pathogens (SCSM) FGBI "ARRIAH", under registration number: No. 489 – dep/23-39 – GKShM FGBU "VNIIZZh", reproduced in a continuous suspension cell line BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH, in an amount of not less than 15.0 mcg; and adjuvant – domestic oil adjuvant DMIXVAC 78 V with content of 70% by weight of finished preparation and supporting medium – up to 2.0 cm³ of finished preparation.

EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of cultural inactivated emulsion vaccines for early protection against epizootic strains of foot-and-mouth disease genotypes SAT-2/VII/Lib-12 and SAT-2/XIV, circulating in African and Asian countries.
