FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of non-destructive inspection of structures of buildings and structures and is intended to determine the technical state of building structures based on values of controlled physical parameters and to diagnose the safe operation of objects. Device comprises: piezoelectric sensors, analogue signal amplifiers, receiving-transmitting device, portable personal computer, software, operator panel with light and sound accompaniment, video camera, analogue-to-digital converters, accelerometers, outer housing, inclinometers, object wear simulation unit, unit for prediction of technical condition, statistical information analysis unit, examination and operation data storage unit, unit for simulating deformations from physical effect, heat flow control device. Device is additionally fitted with deflection meters, abutment sensors, displacement sensors, hydrostatic levels, soil extensometers, a soil moisture and temperature sensor and a unit for measuring electrode potential.

EFFECT: high reliability of evaluating the technical state of structures.
