SUBSTANCE: device for bronchopulmonary system diseases diagnosis contains a controlled high-frequency generator (3), an analog-to-digital converter (9), a control unit (4), a result recording and display unit (2), a generation and measurement unit (1), main (6), reference (7) and receiving (8) channels. In the generation and measurement unit (1), a microwave frequency synthesizer is used as the high-frequency generator (3), the first output of which is connected to the input of a power divider (5) to divide the power of the microwave signal between the main (6) and the reference (7) channel. The main channel (6) is formed by a power amplifier (12) and a transmitting antenna-applicator (13), the reference channel (7) - by an attenuator (15) and a gain meter (16), the receiving channel (8) - by the receiving antenna-applicators array (19), a multiplexing unit (18) and a power amplifier (17). The pressing sensors (14, 20) of the transmitting antenna-applicator (13) and the receiving antenna-applicators array (19) and the optical position sensor (11) of the transmitting antenna-applicator (13) are connected to the control unit (4) which is connected to a computer (21) by means of a data bus via an interface device (10).

EFFECT: determination of changes in the bronchopulmonary system and their localization in patients of all age groups, including children of early age, increased reliability, accuracy and informativeness of the survey results obtained.
