FIELD: medical science.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for evaluation of parameters of rhythmic brain activity in real time. Device for evaluating parameters of rhythmic brain activity in real time on-board a multichannel stationary electroencephalograph comprises: a unit for primary adjustment and calibration of the algorithm of estimating brain parameters (BP), configured to calculate parameters of the rhythmic signal model and the noise signal and adjust the weight coefficients of the spatial filter based on the EEG record section; digital multichannel electroencephalograph, inside of which there are: a unit for pre-amplification and digitization of the calibrated EEG signal, configured to record low-amplitude potentials of the brain, while performing their pre-amplification and digitization; a signal microprocessor configured to evaluate the brain rhythmic activity parameters in real time, wherein the parameter evaluation is reduced to the following: performing frequency processing of signal using band-rejection filter and low and high frequency filters, performing spatial filtering by means of coefficients of spatial filters calculated by the block for preliminary estimation of parameters and transmitted to the electroencephalograph, launching a cycle in which iterative modelling of the rhythm process is carried out in real time using a dynamic oscillatory model and estimating the analytical signal based on the dynamic Kalman filtration algorithm, using the calculated brain rhythm parameters at the previous stage, performing in real time calculation of values of envelope, phase and instantaneous frequency rhythms brain with minimum delay, using the rhythmic activity and interference parameters calculated by the parameter pre-evaluation unit and transmitted to the electroencephalograph.

EFFECT: more accurate and faster processing of electroencephalogram (EEG) signal in real time for evaluation of parameters of rhythmic brain activity.
