FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a well operation method. Method includes running in of an electric-centrifugal pump (ECP) consisting of an electric-centrifugal pump with an input module and a drive into a well on a pipe string. Drive consists of electric motor with hydraulic protection, which is connected to power supply. Besides, the method involves supply of pumped liquid of the penetrated formation of the well to the well head. Further, the internal cavities of the ECP are washed from the presence of deposits. Pump and drive motor windings are equipped with appropriate temperature sensors. Drive is used frequency-controlled – FCD, and after lowering into well is connected with power supply via control unit for frequency control. When electric energy of rated frequency is supplied for FCD from the power supply through the control unit, the pump is put into operation for supply of the pumped product to the well head. After reduction of pump capacity below permissible or temperature increase of pump and/or motor windings to maximum permissible with the subsequent formation of a steam-gas plug at the pump inlet and/or in the pump itself for washing the ECP, first it is stopped by means of a control unit to reduce the temperature of the pump and/or the electric motor windings. Then by means of control unit frequency is reduced to minimum for fluid lifting from well, but not lower than minimum allowable for this FCD, and gradually increasing frequency until stable inflow is obtained or until temperature of pump and/or motor windings increases to maximum allowable. Supply of electric energy is stopped for the pump and/or the electric motor windings cooling down, after which the ECP operation cycles and the pump and/or the electric motor windings cooling down are repeated each time with increase in frequency by means of the control unit with a step permissible for this FCD, until the fluid flow from the well is restored. After the pump and its input module cleaning, the ECP and FCD operation is transferred by means of the control unit to the constant or cyclic operation mode with the maximum allowable frequency, leading to the pump intensive liquid extraction, and stopping for the pump and/or the electric motor windings cooling down, with provision of the total liquid extraction, not exceeding the penetrated formation productivity.
EFFECT: creation of the well operation method allowing to perform cleaning of the electric centrifugal pump installation due to change of operating modes of the frequency-controlled drive without change of liquid flow direction.
