FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to prevent the formation and removal of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD). The method includes lowering into the well on a string of main tubing of an electric centrifugal pump installation containing an electric motor with hydraulic protection, an electric centrifugal pump, a cable line for connecting to a control station and a transformer, a check valve and a knockdown valve, placing an additional pump string inside the main tubing string. -compressor pipes, lifting products through the annular space between the main and additional pipe strings, injection ARPD remover for an additional pipe string. Before lowering, the additional string is connected through a hollow wellhead rod to a drive that provides it with reciprocating motion. Polyamide centraliser scrapers are welded onto the inner pipe string. A flushing valve is installed in the lower part of the inner pipe string, consisting of a body with side openings blocked by a sleeve with a spring inside, bounded by a washer at the top, and a plug at the bottom, while the plug is made in the lower part with a coupling that provides connection with the rod.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation of wells equipped with an electric centrifugal pump under conditions complicated by the formation of ARPD due to reduced formation of ARPD and increased efficiency of ARPD removal both during operation and during flushing with the ARPD remover, expanded technical capabilities and range of process tools available for operation of the wells.
