FIELD: high pressure vessels.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-pressure vessels operated underwater and may be used in deep-water apparatuses. High-pressure cylinder for underwater apparatus comprises inner thin-wall sealing liner and outer load-bearing shell of composite material on entire surface of liner. End faces of liner on bottoms are made flush with composite material of pressure shell. Cylinder has necks with internal thread for screwing in of union and plug and grooves for end ring seals of attached parts. Union and the plug of the cylinder are equipped with cups installed between the connecting pipe, the plug and the end seals respectively, and the cavities between the cups and the composite layer of the cylinder are filled with sealant. Liner surface is coated with adhesive compound prior to composite winding, and the whole cylinder surface is coated with sealant after composite winding.
EFFECT: reliable operation of the cylinder at variable pressures, ruled out water ingress into structural shell composite.
