FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cylinder includes thin-wall metal cylindrical liner with shaped ends and neck flange with nozzle fixed in pole hole of pressure shell from composite material, which is formed with combination of groups of thread layers of reinforcing materials oriented in spiral and circumferential directions with various reinforcement powers; at that, neck flange of liner is equipped with circular projection on the side of open edge of nozzle with outer diameter which is bigger than the sum of diameter of pole hole of composite cover and two widths of wound band of threads of reinforcing materials, and between itself and outer surface of composite cover there formed is concentric circular cavity in which circular bandage is arranged so that it fills its whole volume and made from composite cover material, and nozzle of neck flange is fixed in circular bandage by means of grooves of non-circular shape.
EFFECT: high-effective operability at any specified level of cyclic loading with high pressure, and torque moments at minimum weight and cost of its manufacture.
