FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite cylinder. Technical result is achieved by method of producing composite cylinder by winding reinforcing material impregnated with thermosetting binder on polymer liner produced by blowing method with subsequent polymerisation at temperature lower than softening temperature of polymer liner. Note here that said liner is made from polymer pipe by forming two neck of liner by local thermal action, by squeezing of plastic end sections between union and seal ring, and uniform heating and blowing of cylindrical part of tight workpiece. At that, all process operations are performed on hollow axis of mandrel, which is removed after cylinder manufacturing.
EFFECT: simplification of manufacturing technology of composite cylinder on polymer liner.
