SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by implementing a method of routing requests between a user device and executing devices, performed by a computing device, comprising steps of: receiving a request for the provision of a service; classifying the service request to determine a complexity coefficient; determining the priority of the service request; requesting information on parameters of operators from profiles of operators from an actuator; determining qualification parameters of device operators; determining a list of operators to which a service request will be sent, which qualification parameter corresponds to the complexity value of the request, and identifiers of their actuators; request for service provision is sent in accordance with a certain list to actuators.
EFFECT: high accuracy of routing requests.
