SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated processing of incoming requests with the participation of an intermediary and can be used in providing transactions in real estate, providing goods and services, as well as in control systems. Establishing communication between incoming request and client request in accordance with telecommunication identifier of client request, enriching incoming request with information on client request and redirecting said request to intermediary interface.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of the possibility to supervise the transaction by the intermediary, which increases probability of the mediator provision of legal purity and security of the transaction and makes it possible to preserve confidentiality of the parties involved in the transaction.
