FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for treatment, rehabilitation and accelerated physical recovery by a combination of acupuncture, pressotherapy and laser acupuncture. Device for the integrated hardware applicatory acupuncture-acupressure laser therapy comprises a polymer body of the apparatus, into which a power supply unit is integrated, a pneumatic system unit consisting of a compressor and a unit of controlled pneumatic valves, as well as an electronic control unit for generating laser radiation pulses and a common electronic control unit with a set of control programs, and a set of active controlled laser applicators-pressure concentrators, each of which has a polymer body with acting elements in the form of a group of radially arranged pointed projections, with the possibility of fixing it on the human body with the protrusions to the body surface using the retaining element in the locations of predetermined biologically active points. Each applicator-pressure concentrator comprises 7 to 9 projections arranged circumferentially with radius of 5-7 mm with the centre at the location of the central projection which is 2 mm higher than the other projections. A light guide is mounted in the inner cavity of the central protrusion. Active controlled laser applicators-pressure concentrators are connected to the electronic control unit for generating laser radiation pulses through an optical cable switch. Pneumatic system unit is connected through air line with a set of replaceable pneumatic cuffs for different parts of body. On the outer side of the device body there is a touch screen connected to the common electronic control unit. On the front part of its body there is an interface panel in which a mating part for the air duct connector, a connector for connection with the switch and a set of USB ports are installed.
EFFECT: higher therapeutic effect on the human body ensured by improved state of the internal and external organs by the controlled complex mechano-laser exposure on specific (address) acupuncture points.
