FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to an electropneumatic device for graduated pneumocompression of human feet and hands. Device consists of two pneumatic compressors, silicone pneumatic tubes for air supply and discharge, printed circuit board for pressure control based on pressure sensors readings, position relays, pneumatic switch, control unit of upper and lower pairs of pneumatic cuffs with heating, made with possibility of hand closing by 2/3 and foot – half from distal part and with the possibility of alternating exposure on the feet and hands of a person with a maximum pressure of 75 to 90 mm Hg and minimum pressure from 0 to 30 mm Hg. Device is designed so that when voltage is applied to the pneumatic switch, the first pneumatic compressor supplies air to the lower pair of pneumatic cuffs for 5 seconds until the specified maximum pressure value is achieved. During 5-second rarefaction in the lower pair of pneumatic cuffs until the specified minimum pressure value is achieved, air is injected by the second pneumatic compressor into the upper pair of pneumatic cuffs to achieve pressure of 20 mm Hg less than the specified maximum pressure value, during 5-second vacuum in the upper pair of pneumatic cuffs until the specified minimum pressure value is achieved, air is injected by the first pneumatic compressor into the lower pair of pneumatic cuffs until pressure is reached by 10 mm Hg less than the specified maximum pressure. During 5-second vacuum in the lower pair of pneumatic cuffs until the specified minimum pressure value is achieved, air is injected by the second pneumatic compressor into the upper pair of pneumatic cuffs until pressure is reached by 10 mm Hg less than the specified maximum pressure value. During 5-second vacuum in the upper pair of pneumatic cuffs to achieve the specified minimum pressure value air is injected by the first pneumatic compressor into the lower pair of pneumatic cuffs until the pressure value is 20 mm Hg less than the specified maximum pressure value. During 5-second vacuum in the lower pair of pneumatic cuffs until the specified minimum pressure value is achieved, air is injected by the second pneumatic compressor into the upper pair of pneumatic cuffs to achieve the specified maximum pressure value. During 5-second vacuum in the upper pair of pneumatic cuffs until the specified minimum pressure value is achieved, air is injected by the first pneumatic compressor into the lower pair of pneumatic cuffs until pressure is reached by 10 mm Hg less than the specified maximum pressure value.
EFFECT: creation of a device providing active injection and vacuum of air in pneumatic cuffs and the ability to act on the feet and hands of a person with a maximum compression pressure in range of 75 to 95 mm Hg and minimum pressure from 0 to 30 mm Hg in the form of amplitude-modulated pressure oscillations with frequencies of 0,1 Hz and 0,025 Hz, said frequencies are components of harmonic pressure oscillations.
