FIELD: gas purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas purification, in particular the purification of air entering the power plant or fan from dust and foreign objects contained in this air. It can also be used in dust-proof devices of various types of aircraft, in air conditioning systems, in stationary gas turbine power plants, in vacuum cleaners, in machine-building, chemical, metallurgical, construction and other industries. A direct-flow cyclone contains a vortex tube with a swirler and a cylindrical body along its entire length and an outlet tube located at the outlet of the vortex, coaxially with it, and partially recessed into the body of the vortex tube, while on the outer part of the outlet tube there are particle reflectors located around the circumference and reaching the inner in height diameter of the outlet part of the vortex tube. Next are the relations connecting the geometric parameters of the cyclone. The vortex and exhaust tubes, with all the structural elements of the claimed direct-flow cyclone, are made of thermoplastic materials, on the inlet end of the vortex tube, on its outer side, there is a sealing element in the form of a ring, behind the ring also on the outer side, there are clamps, while on the outside of the exhaust tube, behind the reflectors, there is a sealing element in the form of a ring and retainers. In another design, a screw locking element is located on the outside of the vortex tube, a screw locking element is located on the outside of the exhaust tube behind the reflectors, and the vortex and exhaust tubes, with all structural elements can be made of metals. EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the degree of purification, a decrease in hydraulic resistance along the clean air channel and the dust extraction channel, the convenience of installation and repair work, a reduction in operating costs, a reduction in the weight and dimensions of the air purifier.
