FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining, in particular to coal industry, and can be used for complex development of thin and very thin coal beds. Method of borehole coal extraction, which consists in development of thin or very thin bed from development working by extended wells of rectangular cross-section on one or both sides of working with height of well cross-section, maximally close to geologic thickness of bed. Extraction of wells is carried out with a coupled auger installation including two augering machines, one of which is advancing, and the other one is lagging. Wells are arranged in groups separated by gaps equal to length of augering machine with due allowance for arrangement of power and hydraulic equipment required for it. At that, borehole extraction of coal from the bed is performed by using one set of section-modules of rigid screw flight, which are alternately used in advancing and lagging augering machines, excluding operations of storage of section-modules in preparatory mine working. Device for implementation of the method of borehole coal extraction represents a coupled auger installation including two augering machines with one common sectional-modular auger flight having a rigid box-like structure. Besides, the plant is equipped with a system of rigging devices to perform auxiliary operations with coverage of zones of location of augering machines with electric and hydraulic equipment, besides, geometrical and speed parameters of the system are calculated for the possibility of uninterrupted execution of the main operations of coal extraction.
EFFECT: possibility of synchronizing processes of coal excavation and extraction of sections-modules of an auger flight from different wells, as well as their delivery to an installation place without storage of modules of an auger flight in an extraction drift.
