FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to the field of agriculture, to devices intended for separation of grain or seeds from grain-straw heap in threshers of combine harvesters or seed cleaning machines. Air-sieve cleaning device includes screen and/or shaker shoe with louvre screens. Under the sieve along its entire length there is an air manifold with transverse ramps with injectors mounted thereon, looped along the perimeter, which is in series connected to the receiver and the air compressor by means of pipelines with the possibility of adjusting the compressed air flow rate depending on the amount and concentration of the grain-straw heap layer, supplied to the sieve in such a way that the air flows from each nozzle are overlapped both in the longitudinal and transverse directions at the level of the louvered sieve bars, creating a uniform air flow of a predetermined flow rate. Nozzles for adjustment of value and character of distribution of air flow rate along sieve length and width are arranged with the possibility to adjust angle of inclination to horizontal line by means of rotary transverse ramps and individual pulse adjustment as to flow.

EFFECT: improving cleaning quality of grains from straw impurities and reducing grain losses.
