FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: devices designed for separating grain (seeds) from a straw heap in threshers of combine harvesters or seed cleaning machines, etc. The pneumatic screen separating device includes a sieve frame with a sieve, a diametral fan and an electric drive. The device is equipped with an additional diametral fan, and the sieve frame is equipped with a vertical partition installed under the sieve along its entire length. Diametral fans are located in a casing with open ends and are installed along the longitudinal sides of the sieve frame, the sieve of which is installed with the possibility of changing the angle of inclination from 0 to 20° to the horizon. The lower part of the vertical partition is bifurcated, each part of which is streamlined and directed towards its diametrical fan. The electric drive of the shafts of the diametral fans is made with the possibility of adjusting the fans speed depending on the amount and concentration of the layer of grain-straw mass on the sieve.

EFFECT: reduction of grain loss during processing of grain-straw heap and increasing cleaning performance.
