SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical cosmetology. Cosmetic face mask comprises a face mask body configured to be applied to a person’s face and comprising an outer shell and an inner shell facing the face. Outer shell and inner shell form installation space. Light source accessory is located in the installation space and comprises a substrate, light source modules and a reflecting element. Light source modules are arranged in a row on the surface of the substrate facing the inner shell. Reflective element is placed on the side of the substrate facing the inner shell in order to reflect light emitted by the light source modules in the direction of the inner shell. Each of light source modules contains at least two lighting balls. Inner shell has transparent areas. Each of the light source modules corresponds to one of the transparent regions for emitting light from the inner shell from the corresponding transparent region. Reflective element comprises a first reflective layer, which is located on the surface of the inner shell and outside the transparent areas, and/or a second reflective layer disposed on the surface of the outer shell facing the inner liner and/or a third reflective layer disposed on the surface of the substrate facing the inner shell. At least one of the first reflecting layer, the second reflecting layer and the third reflecting layer is a reflective coating or a reflective lining.
