SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety and life monitoring systems and can be used to create an integrated safety system in educational institutions. Hardware and software system for monitoring safety and vital activity consists of a device with an operating system, a cloud server and a recording device, which are connected to each other, wherein recording device includes communication and power connector, registration card reading module, power switch, battery charging and protection module, accumulator, real time clock module, microcontroller with Wi-Fi support, first voltage converter, second voltage converter, graphic indicator and sound indicator, wherein the microcontroller with support for Wi-Fi output is connected to the input of the communication and power connector, and receives data from the output of the communication and power connector to the input, module for reading data from registration cards with its output is connected to input of microcontroller with Wi-Fi support, real-time clock module is connected by its output to the input of the microcontroller with Wi-Fi support, one output of the microcontroller with Wi-Fi support is connected to the input of the graphic indicator, and the other output is connected to the input of the audio indicator, communication and power connector output is connected to the battery charging and protection module input, battery charging and protection module output is connected to accumulator input, and the battery output is connected to the battery charging and protection module input, battery charging and protection module output is connected to power toggle switch input, power toggle switch output is connected to input of first voltage converter, outputs of the first voltage converter are connected to the inputs of the real-time clock module, a graphic indicator, an audio indicator, a microcontroller with Wi-Fi support and a second voltage converter, output of second voltage converter is connected to input of registration card reading module, with possibility of data exchange both by wire method using communication and power connector and device with operating system, and wireless method between device with operating system and cloud server, as well as between cloud server and recording device.
EFFECT: compared to existing solutions, the disclosed invention increases efficiency of monitoring safety and vital activity of students by ensuring speed and convenience of the registration process, which is achieved due to the presence of a card reading module via NFC protocol.
