FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of human-machine interfaces. A user device capable of communicating with industrial automation systems includes three modules. The first module contains electrical and electromechanical components and is equipped with rails for mounting the second module. The second is movable along the guides of the first module to change the focal length of the lens unit and is a movable optical unit consisting of a lens unit and an intermediate reflector. The third module is made with the possibility of adjusting to the position of the human eye and is a movable holographic reflector. All modules taken together are a body that can be attached to the head element. There are LED backlighting and a camera module on the body. The camera module is made with the possibility of photo/video fixation of objects around the user for holding a teleconference with a remote specialist, registering user actions, scanning at least one QR code containing information for setting up a user wearable device and obtaining information from industrial automation systems.

EFFECT: increased information awareness of personnel by means of information output to a movable holographic reflector, use of warning light and/or sound signals as well as integration into data collection and analysis systems.
