FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: present device relates to heating equipment, namely to an air-heating device, in which compressed air is heated by means of electric heating elements to the required temperature and due to convection transfers heat of heated air to heating systems of residential, industrial and civil buildings. Air heater includes an insulated steel external thermal circuit, a copper internal thermal circuit, a steel heater unit, which includes three tables arranged in a stack for spiral heating elements, to which electric power is supplied through a steel electrically conductive pipe, as a working heat carrier, compressed air with an initial start-up pressure of 3 kgf/cm2 is used, which is heated and through the supply air line pipe is supplied to the heating system, air pressure and temperature are controlled by a pressure gauge and a temperature sensor, cooled air is returned for heating through the return air line pipe; the process is controlled by means of a control unit.
