SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hose coupling for a hydrant and to a hydrant with such a hose coupling. In the device, ventilation channel (42) includes first channel (44), which passes in outer flange (24) between receiving element (22) and outer thread (14) of sleeve coupling (10), and second channel (46) adjacent to first channel (44), which is made in the form of recess, which is made in outer thread (14) of sleeve coupling (10) in its axial direction, or which is made in the form of a longitudinal hole inside the material of the outer edge of the sleeve coupling.
EFFECT: equalization or reduction of negative pressure in inner space of hydrant in comparison with pressure in outer atmosphere.
