FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to plastic and maxillofacial surgery, and can be used for correction of skin sagging within the lower third of face, submental region and neck in the patients with severe fear of surgery and general anaesthesia. Tumescent neck liposuction is performed, skin is separated from subcutaneous neck muscle by means of cannula for liposuction. Then excess skin is moved into the parotid region, the skin is fixed with uninterrupted percutaneous sutures Prolen 4-0 in a new position to the subcutaneous neck muscle. Sutures are removed 48 hours later.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a probability of complications, reducing injuries and length of rehabilitation ensured by using the blind tissue separation with the liposuction cannula in tumescent liposuction.
