SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of plastic surgery. Threads with fixing means are used in the form of counter-directional notches, which are injected into subcutaneous fat through punctures with the help of needles, after marking the trajectory of thread insertion, while surgical threads are inserted and fixed into the lower third of the soft tissues of the face and chin part of the neck, as shown in dwg 1.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of tuck-up operation by increasing the reliability and duration of tissue fixation by creating an additional frame for the soft tissues of the face and neck.
