SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of cultivating sweet corn in the south of Russia, which consists in the fact that when cultivating sweet corn, sowing is carried out in the early stages of 20 April, 30 April, 10 May, seeds are soaked in 0.1% solution of the preparation “Rostobion” in concentration of 1 l of preparation per 1,000 l of water for 4 hours before planting and dried. In phase of 5-6 leaves, inter-row treatment is carried out, plants are mulched and sprayed with 0.1% aqueous solution of the preparation “Rostobion” at consumption of 300-400 l of working fluid per 1 hectare.

EFFECT: invention provides high indices of growth, development and productivity of sweet corn, such as stalk thickness, tillering, cob formation, grain content.
