FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to ensure the operation stability of gas turbine engine compressors incorporated with aircraft power plants and can be used in other industries. Gas turbine engine compressor stable operation margins determining method under the influence of external factors involves the determination of the n-th number of external factor parameters in operation and reproduction under conditions of bench experiments of each factor parameter affecting stability of operation of gas turbine engine compressor separately or in a complex, measurement and calculation of factorial parameters values. At that, during the engine testing, performing the n-th number of experiments on ground or flying benches, equal to the number of factorial parameters, using various schemes of simulating devices in experiments and performing in each experiment the failure of the compressor of the gas turbine engine on the considered operating modes of the compressor, determined by the compressor rotor reduced speed Nred b, providing the production of n combinations of factor parameters values at the boundary of its stability loss; system is formed from n linear equations, consisting of gas turbine engine compressor stability complex parameter values W∑red b on taken as normal reduced boundary in left side of equation, and in the right one is from the sum of products of each factor parameter numerical values obtained according to the results of the n-th experiment during the gas turbine engine compressor failure, and the corresponding weight coefficients unknown at this stage, as a result of which weight coefficients are determined k1, k2, k3, k4…kn, used for formation of complex stability parameter WΣoperat conditions with compressor corresponding operating mode where Φ1 operat., Φ2 operat., Φ3 operat.., Φ4 operat…….. Φn operat – 1, 2, 3, 4,….n-e factorial parameters and for calculation of margins of stable operation of gas turbine engine compressor under action of external factors Δ WΣ=(1-WΣoperat / WΣred b)*100%.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method for determining reserves of stable operation of a gas turbine engine compressor under action of external factors.
