FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treating malignant solid epithelial tumour in a mammal. Treatment is carried out in cycles: 24 hours after the injection of a pre-mRNA splicing modulator selected from pladienolides, the mammal is administered a DNA damaging agent, selected from alkylating antineoplastic agents, platinizing agents, topoisomerase inhibitors, anti-tumour antimetabolites, anti-tumour antibiotics. This cycle is repeated 4 times with 1 or 2 days of rest between cycles within 2 weeks.
EFFECT: method provides low cytotoxicity, no reduction in sensitivity to the presented combination and extends the range of products for treating the oncological diseases ensured by the combined application of the pre-mRNA splicing modulator and the DNA damaging agent according to the original scheme.
