FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corrugation. Technical result is achieved by a crimping method in which a corrugated structure is created due to the corrugated blades coordinated movement alternately towards each other in one plane, and an interconnected guide roller pair, through which the corrugated material passes, which consistently moves towards the corrugation-forming blades in one direction and the other alternately to form a corrugated structure. At that, corrugation-forming blades have guide slots along knife entire width, and passing along blade entire length, depth of target product, where separators are inserted, made in form of strips, directly in process of formation of corrugated structure, at each iteration of creating a new layer of corrugation. Wherein corrugation-forming blades displace to form corrugation directly inside body blank wherein extreme separators are shaped so that they fit snugly into every layer of corrugated material and to outer walls of future article housing over the entire depth of target article.
EFFECT: elimination of the filter housing sealing process along the entire plane of the corrugated package, which reduces the weight of the finished product, and also makes it possible to use rolled filter material residues in production.
